SHIPPING POLICY
We carefully pack and ship all orders within 3–5 business days. Some products are a direct print to ship order through our third party vendors. We use these third party vendors because making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction. This may cause changes in shipping times as well. As a small business, we appreciate your patience as we prepare your items with care.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Printed items, hats, clothing, bottles - Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. These are guidelines that are also set by our printing companies.
All other items including books, studies, devotionals, journals, and notebooks - Because each item is made and packaged with care, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns at this time. If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your purchase, please contact us—we’ll do our best to make it right. Thank you for supporting our small business!
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our shipping facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our shipping facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
